of the study noted a wealth of benefits associated with eating
breakfast. For starters, the consumption of breakfast helps
the body lose weight. When the body is deprived of foods it
has a tendency to conserve energy or hang on to fat because
it is responding to a shortage. As a result, the metabolism
slows down to accommodate the deprivation.
